Project Management (iTech Project Tracking System)

Project management involves a project plan, managing resources, tracking progress/issues and providing accurate reports and graphs. Our custom Project Tracking system (iPTS) has helped us to manage all our projects efficiently and produce weekly and monthly reports for our customers.

Our iPTS forms an integral part of our efficient business processes. We are able to register all new work, track progress and report, register all defects/issues, and monitor their progress. Our regular progress reports to the customer include screen shots, detailed explanation, customer comments and priorities to indicate problem severity.

We are also able to accurately track the time spent on each module. This allows us to quote very accurately on each successive project. We offer best prices for the quality of testing we provide. Customer feedbacks are also recorded in the iPTS to allow us to learn and improve our processes.

Our iPTS has helped us to manage both testing and development jobs efficiently. The development jobs included online project management/issues tracking systems and testing tools.

We provide project management services using our custom iPTS which can be easily adapted to specific projects. At the end of the project, the client is generally left with appropriate processes and trained people for on-going maintenance and updates.
