Ian Manning appointed as Principal Consultant, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs.
iTech Labs is pleased to announce the engagement of Ian Manning as Principal Consultant, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs. Amongst other things, Ian will be responsible for the certification of product testing for regulatory agencies and the conduct of gaming operator audits.
Ian was an executive regulator of casinos in Australia for 20 years before embarking on a career in the commercial gaming sector in 2000. He was the Senior Casino Inspector with the Tasmanian Gaming Commission, Chief Casino Inspector of the South Australian Office of Licensed Premises, Chief Casino Inspector of the Australian Capital Territory Casino Surveillance Authority, and Director of Casino Surveillance with the Victorian Casino Control Authority from 1993 to 2000. In Victoria, he had the statutory responsibility to assess the suitability of applicants for the Melbourne casino project and established the licensing, supervisory and control systems for Crown Casino, which remains the largest casino operation in the southern hemisphere.
Prior to joining ITech Labs, Ian was the Vice President of Global Due Diligence Investigations with the Spectrum Gaming Group based in Atlantic City, New Jersey and has worked on several due diligences investigation projects including the Singapore Integrated Resort licensing tender process, and casino compliance analysis projects.
