Introduction

iTech Lab’s Principal Consultants have tested and certified a large number of online gaming systems including some of the world’s largest online casino systems. Our testing ensures that the games are fair and the system is reliable and resilient.

Casino System Testing

• RNG testing to confirm that cards are random and fair (see more details about RNG testing at URL).
• Game rules are evaluated to verify that gameplay is as per the rules.
• Return to Player (RTP) is calculated for each game.
• Functional testing of games - includes testing for correct game operation, controlled testing of games, verification of game logs, testing of game interruptions etc.
• Verification of essential system reports – performance reports for games, player reports, payment reports.

What are the deliverables for Casino system testing?

While testing is in progress

Each week of the evaluation, our deliverables will be the following:

• Weekly testing progress report with percentage progress of each module,
• List of outstanding faults, and a fault severity indication,
• Any issues related to testing

On completion of testing

• A report outlining briefly the evaluation conducted and the results of that evaluation,
• A certification seal able to be placed on the gaming site, and
• A linked certificate indicating compliance with the tests carried out. The hot-linked original certificate will be maintained on the iTech Labs web site.
