iTech Labs is always working to make our services better for each of our clients. Here are some of our initiatives to guarantee that we are improving over time.

Quality accreditation

We are gradually moving towards accreditation to ISO 17025. We have moved to this standard from our initial corporate goal of ISO9001 as we see the standard as more relevant to the test labs environment. We want international recognition of our customer responsiveness, in-house processes, quality of work, and continuous process improvement. We think this standard demonstrates all of this.

Integrated Project Tracking System (iPTS)

Part of our commitment to providing at least weekly progress reporting for all work, is to create a purpose built system to facilitate this. Our iPTS forms an integral part of our efficient business processes. We are able to register all new work, track progress and report, register all defects we uncover during our tests, and monitor their progress through the debugging. Everything we do is about ensuring your product is ready for market. We are currently working on remote access, so you can get status reports at any time instead of waiting for the weekly e-mail. All clients will be notified when this feature is available.

We are also able to accurately track the time spent on each aspect of testing. This allows us to quote very accurately on each successive project. We think we offer best prices for the quality of testing we provide. Customer feedbacks are also recorded in the iPTS to allow us to learn and improve our processes.
